Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we write to inform you that the Company upon the approval of the Board has made an application to the Registrar of Companies West Bengal pursuant to third-proviso to Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013 for seeking extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2020 by a period of 3 months beyond 30th September 2020 due to inter-alia the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic and impending amalgamation of the Company with its holding company. We would file the necessary disclosure once the decision on the application is taken by the Registrar of Companies.
