Dear Sir Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 and based on the confirmation dated 03.07.2024 obtained from the RTA of the Company we confirm that the securities which were dematerialised have been listed on the stock exchange where earlier securities were listed and the share certificates received for dematerialisation have been properly taken care after verification and updation of register of members within the stipulated time period.
