This is to inform that "Trading Window in terms of trading restrictions placed by the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading of Designated Persons formulated in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday the 01st July 2024 till the end of forty -eight hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first quared ended 30th June 2024.Accordingly all connected persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in he securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ened 30th June 2024 will be intimated in due course.This is for your kind information and record please.
