Exit Load change in Schemes of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund

Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has decided to change exit load under the following schemes with effect from January 15, 2020:

Franklin India Feeder - Franklin European Growth Fund	1% for redemption within 1095 days	1% for redemption within 1 Year
Franklin Asian Equity	1% for redemption within 1095 days	1% for redemption within 1 Year
Franklin India Dynamic Asset Allocation FoF	1% for redemption within 365 days	For units in excess of 10% of the investment,1% will be charged for redemption within 1 Year
