IDFC Mutual Fund has decided to change exit load under the following schemes with effect from May 08, 2020:

| IDFC Core Equity Fund | 1% for redemption within 365 days | For units in excess of 10% of the investment, 1% will be charged for redemption within 365 days |
| IDFC Sterling Value Fund | 1% for redemption within 365 days | For units in excess of 10% of the investment, 1% will be charged for redemption within 365 days |
| IDFC Multi Cap Fund | 1% for redemption within 365 days | For units in excess of 10% of the investment, 1% will be charged for redemption within 365 days |
| IDFC Focused Equity | 1% for redemption within 365 days | For units in excess of 10% of the investment, 1% will be charged for redemption within 365 days |
| IDFC Infrastructure | 1% for redemption within 365 days | For units in excess of 10% of the investment, 1% will be charged for redemption within 365 days |
