This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated July 24 2024. In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings Presentation on inter-alia the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30 2024 of the Financial Year 2024-25 both on Standalone and Consolidated basis to be discussed during the Earnings Call scheduled to be held on Thursday July 25 2024 at 04:30 p.m. It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company in its meeting held on July 24 2024.
