If you want to have a consolidated view of your overall mutual fund investments made in different names (maybe across your family members), you can do that as long as the registered e-mail address is the same across the mutual fund investments. One can get a consolidated account statement through KFintech or CAMS. These are the leading registrar and transfer agents (RTAs) which provide services to investors on behalf of mutual fund houses. You can visit their website and request a consolidated statement at your e-mail address.
The request form is quite simple and doesn't ask for more than the e-mail-address which you had used while making the investment. CAMS or Karvy, as the case may be, then uses the entered email address to search what all mutual fund investments are linked to it, across fund houses, combines them in a single statement and sends it to your e-mail address.

However, if you are actually looking to consolidate multiple mutual fund folios which have been created in different names, kindly note that it isn't possible. One can consolidate multiple folios only if the ownership structure is the same across all of them. Besides the name, all other details like the mode of holding, signature, address, PAN and social status should match exactly. If they are the same, one can visit the investor centre of the fund house and request and submit the relevant form. Alternatively, one may leverage MF Central for the same and do the needful from the comfort of their homes.
