Ddev Plastiks Industries: Change In Registered Office And Branch Office At Kolkata Of The Registrar And Share Transfer Agents

Please note that the Registered Office of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company (RTA) viz C B Management Services Private Limited has changed from Kolkata to Mumbai. However the RTA would also operate from its branch office at Kolkata which also has changed from its registered office at Kolkata details whereof is attached. Further the other contacts details of the RTA shall remain unchanged.
