The Company has alreadhy informed the exchange all announcements / information required including the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31.3.2024 and has recommended a Dividend of 12% on the Equity Shares of the Company. The Company has made and shall continue to make necessary disclosures under the said Reg. 30 It is therefore informed that the movement in the price of the compnys securities in the exchange in the recent past is mere market driven.
