In compliance with Notice/ Circular Nos 20201119-42 and 1077/2020 issued by BSE and NSE respectively on November 19 2020 approving suspension of trading of Equity Shares of the Company w.e.f. November 23 2020 and Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company w.e.f. December 1 2020 the Company had on November 28 2020 published a Public Notice in Free Press Journal and Mumbai Lakshdeep informing the Shareholders and general investing Public that as per Resolution Plan in the CIRP of the Company approved by Honble NCLT vide order dated May 6 2020 inter alia:
The entire Issued Subscribed & Paid-up Share Capital of the Company as at the date of Order of Honble NCLT including the equity shares (listed on Stock Exchanges) and the Preference share shall stand cancelled without any payout; and
The Securities of the Company shall be delisted from the Stock Exchanges.
