(IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 read with rules made thereunder Listing Regulations and relevant Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI Circulars. We submit herewith a copy of the Annual Report for FY 2023-24 including the Notice convening the 28th AGM of the Company.
