We wish to inform you that the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Mercator Limited (Company) was held today i.e 30th September 2023 at 12:30 P.M. (IST) through Video conferencing/other audio visual means (VC/OAVM) and the same has been adjourned for want of requisite quorum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the Secretarial Standard on General Meetings and as announced in the AGM the Liquidator has decided to convene the adjourned AGM on Tuesday October 03 2023 at 12:30 P.M (IST) through VC/OAVM.
